One of Oak Park's sister towns, Forest Park borders Oak Park. Forest Parkers can easily drive, bike, or take the Harlem Green Line train to Ridgeland for yoga classes at Ahimsa.
Forest Park has many bars and restaurants, as well as boutiques and lifestyle stores.
After class, head back to the busy Madison Street for clothing shopping at Jayne, coffee at Counter Coffee, tea at Todd & Holland, or a burger at FatDuck. Grab a friend after yoga and head off Madison St. for lunch and coffee at Blue Max Coffee on Lathrop. Drive down to the end of Madison Street in Forest Park for a fresh juice at The Juice Joint and a walk through the Good Earth Greenhouse. Moss has beautiful decorative plants and flowers for your home.
New to yoga? Try one of our beginners, hatha, candlelight yoga, or candlelight restorative/yin classes. Many of our students come to yoga with any injury or for the first time, and they're very comfortable with our classes and teachers. Our instructors can also teach private lessons at the studio, in your home, or at their home if you want to work one on one with someone.
Our schedule is extensive, so there are usually at least a few classes on our schedule to fit yours. You can find our schedule online, pick up a printed sheet at the studio, or download our iphone/google play app. You can even earn points for booking online, attending classes, attending workshops, and referring friends. Points can be redeemed for 15% or 30% off retail or other special items from our store. In addition to points, you earn $5 of account credit for referring a friend.
If you live in Forest Park, come over for a yoga class. If you don’t live in Forest Park, check it out after a yoga class or before one of our special events!
